Through all of this, I’ve tried to live the mantra put forth by my friends at Mereo: “Seek to serve, not sell.” We’ve pivoted HireBetter to offer business continuity services for free, helped our existing clients to make tough decisions, and set up COVID-ly unemployed rockstar employees with new gigs.
I’m excited to share Mereo’s profile of HireBetter’s effort to stay relevant during the pandemic. To me, “staying relevant” isn’t about making a buck in the short term, it’s about setting up our clients for long term survival and thrival!
