New Video: Racism in the Workplace with Abe Paul

Last week, I had a conversation with my good friend Abe Paul of Celanese about race in the workplace. It was insightful, powerful, and frankly a little uncomfortable for me as a white man to hear so many stories of racism. I am so glad to know leaders like Abe who can help shine a light on racism in the business world so that we can start to change things. I’ll leave you with some of Abe’s words that are sticking with me: "This is not a quick fix. Is this really part of your purpose? Is it deep enough to be part of your values? If it is, then you can start to build the right programs and take the right steps. This isn't an initiative that gets solved in six months. It's a lifetime commitment."
